These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of digital products of the brand The School of Rituals via the website theschoolofrituals.com. The seller and your contractual partner is:

Heritsch Media GmbH
Doblerstraße 18, 8501 Lieboch, Austria
Company register number: FN 532620 s, VAT ID: ATU75557167

The content of the products is created by Stephanie Heritsch, the owner of the brand The School of Rituals. Heritsch Media GmbH sells the products in its own name.

2. Products

We sell digital content, for example e-books, printable workbooks and digital calendars. What exactly is included in a product, in which format you receive it and how you access it is stated in the product description.

3. Order and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products on our website is not yet a binding offer. You order via the checkout provided by our payment service provider Whop. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as your payment is confirmed and you receive access to the product.

Before submitting, you can check and correct your details in the checkout at any time. The contract languages are German and English.

4. Prices and payment

The prices shown on the product page at the time of your order apply. All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed for us by Whop Inc., USA. The payment methods available to you are shown in the checkout. Whop's terms also apply to the payment processing.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, you receive access to your product, for example as a download or via a link sent by email. When and how you receive access is stated in the product description. If something does not work, please write to us and we will help you.

6. Rights of use

All rights to the products belong to Stephanie Heritsch. With your purchase, you receive the simple, non-transferable right to use the product for your own private purposes. You may print the workbook for yourself.

You may not pass on, sell, publish or upload the products, in whole or in part, or use them for your own courses or offers.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find all details and a form in our withdrawal policy. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agree that we deliver immediately and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective or cannot be opened, please write to us at the email address above.

9. Note on the content

We describe rituals, smudging and the customs of the Rauhnächte as tradition and as inspiration for your own practice. They do not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic advice or treatment. When smudging and using candles, please be careful with open flames, ensure good ventilation and consider possible intolerances.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for slight negligence, insofar as this is legally permissible. Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

11. Data protection

We explain how we handle your data in our privacy policy.

12. Dispute resolution

If you have questions or complaints, please write to us first and we will look for a solution together with you. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country in which you live. Legal action against consumers can only be brought before the courts at their place of residence.
